Meghan Markle pear-shaped ring got a close-up in a recent Instagram Reel tied to As Ever’s blackberry spread launch. The look gave fans and fashion watchers their clearest view yet of the stone on her right ring finger, but it did not settle who made it.

As Ever’s Reel

The ring is a pear-shaped diamond estimated at five to six carats, larger than Markle’s engagement ring from Prince Harry. That scale, along with the close framing in the Reel, pushed the jewelry into focus the way a product shot would for a brand launch: one detail became the whole story.

Markle first wore the ring publicly at One805 Live in September 2025, then wore it again the following month at the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week. Since then, she has worn it numerous times, including to the NBA All-Star Game and a recent Cookie Queens screening.

Engagement Ring Contrast

Her engagement ring already has a clear paper trail. Cleave and Company made it, it features three diamonds, and two of those stones came from Princess Diana’s collection, while one was sourced from Botswana. The center stone is estimated at a three carat cushion-cut diamond, with side stones estimated at.75 carats each.

Markle and Prince Harry redesigned that ring in 2019, reportedly having it resized and reset by Lorraine Schwartz. She has also sometimes worn only her Welsh gold wedding band or two Zodiac rings instead of the engagement ring, which makes the new pear-shaped piece stand out even more as a separate part of her public jewelry rotation.

Who Made It

Town & Country Magazine said the As Ever Reel was the first close-up look fans had gotten at the pear-shaped ring, but it also said there is still no word on who made it. That leaves the clearest new visual detail paired with the oldest unresolved one: a very visible ring, a visible price-tier estimate, and no named maker attached to it yet.

Markle has been direct about why attribution matters. In an interview with The Weekly, she said, "Over the last several years, I would hear about an incorrect designer getting credit for something I wore, either via affiliate links or press, and that never seemed fair." For now, the safest reading is simple: the ring is part of her public style language, but its creator has not been identified.
