The Cole McBee Kacie Adkison family is now four. Kacie Adkison said on Instagram that she and Cole McBee welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Tate Colette McBee, in August 2026.

Adkison posted the announcement on Aug. 5 and wrote, "Welcome to the world, Tate Colette McBee." She added, "Blair is the best big sister! We are so thankful for our two perfect, healthy girls!"
