Gillette Stadium BTS resale prices fell below $30 on Wednesday, hours before BTS was scheduled to take the stage in Foxborough. Ticketmaster’s visible primary ticket sat at $135.20 including fees, leaving last-minute buyers with a wide split between the official portal and independent marketplaces.

StubHub listed Wednesday tickets from $20 including fees, SeatGeek showed an all-in minimum of $24, and Ticket Club posted member pricing as low as $16. SeatGeek also displayed more than 1,700 listings for the performance, which meant the cheapest seats were not hard to find if a buyer was willing to step outside Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster’s Wednesday offer showed Standard Admission and Preferred Seating, but no Ticketmaster Verified Resale inventory appeared with those listings. That left the main portal anchored above $100 even as the resale market sank to discounts of roughly 82% to 88% below the baseline primary offer.
Thursday in Foxborough
For Thursday’s second Foxborough show, Ticketmaster’s lowest visible price was $98.95. StubHub, SeatGeek, and Ticket Club all offered comparable upper-level seats between $25 and $37, and SeatGeek listed one ticket in Section 304, Row 18 for $36 including fees while Ticketmaster showed a standard-admission seat in Section 304, Row 19 at $98.95.
The gap points to a market where original sellers can still set initial prices through dynamic or premium tiers and control inventory releases, while independent exchanges absorb the pressure to move inventory as showtime gets close. In Massachusetts, Amendment 20 would generally cap concert resale at 110% of the original price, excluding secondary service fees, while leaving primary seller pricing untouched.

Amendment 20 would also let artists or venues authorize higher resale prices through written contract, and it adds restrictions on speculative listings, deceptive site branding, and misleading availability claims. Sporting events are exempt, so the rule would land on concert tickets while preserving the current freedom of original sellers to price the first sale as they choose.
For buyers, the immediate move is simple: check the independent resale marketplaces before paying Ticketmaster’s visible primary price, because the cheapest seats in this market were on StubHub, SeatGeek, and Ticket Club, not in the official portal. If the legislature adopts a cap like Amendment 20, that spread should narrow; for now, the price gap is doing the work.
