PlayStation has given a first look at Marvel's Wolverine PS5 hardware built around the PS5 Digital Edition – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle. The reveal packages the console, a matching DualSense wireless controller, and a game code for Marvel’s Wolverine into one limited-edition lineup.

Jock said, “I wanted to show Wolverine at his fiercest for Marvel’s Wolverine Limited Edition PS5 Console bundle and accessories.” He added, “I still draw all my artwork traditionally, so the opportunity to marry cutting-edge hardware with the energy and looseness of hand-drawn ink is incredibly exciting.” That gives the design a clear authorial stamp rather than a generic tie-in skin.
The PS5 Digital Edition – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle draws from Insomniac’s Battle Reborn suit and claws, while the DualSense wireless controller uses furious slashes inspired by Wolverine’s claws. Jock also said, “I’m stunned by how well the console and accessories captured the raw energy of the drawing, bringing Wolverine to life in a completely unique way.”
PS5 Pro covers join the lineup
PlayStation is also selling PS5 Pro Console Covers – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition and PS5 Pro Console Covers – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition. The separate cover and controller options matter for owners who already have a PS5 model group slim or a PS5 Pro console, because they can buy into the same look without replacing the machine they already own.
The hardware split is broader than a single bundle. The DualSense Wireless Controller – Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition will be sold separately globally, and the PS5 Pro Console Covers – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition will also have a matching DualSense Wireless Controller – Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition available as a separate purchase.
Global bundle, limited covers
The bundle will be available globally, and the DualSense wireless controller will be available globally as a standalone purchase. The complication sits with the covers: they will be sold directly from PlayStation where is available, and in limited quantities through select retailers outside those regions. The covers also include versions for PS5 consoles with disc drives and consoles without disc drives.
