Audra Christiansen reportedly approached Hefner in 2005 with allegations involving Jeffrey Epstein, saying she had been sexually abused and trafficked. The court filing says she described meeting Epstein before the alleged assault and used the words “naked and raped by Epstein.”
The filing further says she was trafficked for 10 years. For survivors, that timeline matters because it places Hefner’s reported calls at the moment the allegations were first being raised, not after they had already become public litigation.

The allegations appeared in a complaint filed by 34 Epstein survivors against the United States in Southern Florida. The filing accused the FBI of failing to investigate Christiansen’s allegations and of failing to follow required policies, with the survivors arguing that the lapse allowed Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking operation to continue.
