Steve Alker added another trophy to his season on Sunday, winning the Rogers Charity Classic in a playoff over Y.E. Yang.
Alker closed with a 5-under 65 in the final round and finished strong with a 5-under 30 on the back nine, putting himself in position to force extra holes. He then defeated Y.E. Yang with a birdie on the first playoff hole to secure the victory.

The win was Alker's 12th PGA Tour Champions title and his second victory of the 2026 season. It was also a reminder of how steady he can be when a tournament reaches the final stretch, as he backed up a sharp closing round with a playoff birdie to finish the job.
For Y.E. Yang, it was a near miss after a strong challenge down the stretch. But the day belonged to Alker, who turned a late push into another title at the Rogers Charity Classic.
