Olivia is nearly 16 years old, and Savchenko says she has expressed her own wishes about where she wants to live. That puts the dispute on more than a private relationship fight; it is now about a court-tested living arrangement, a teenager’s stated preference and a cross-border custody case tied to Hong Kong.
Olivia’s Address and the Court Order
Samodanova said Gleb disclosed Olivia’s location only after the Court ordered him to provide her address and contact information. She said the address matched a residence linked to Trujillo, and that she learned the homeowner works in the adult-entertainment industry. Her public objection centers on whether the setup is stable and appropriate for a teenage daughter.
“My greatest concern remains Olivia’s safety and current living environment. Gleb disclosed Olivia’s location only after the Court ordered him to provide her address and contact information,” Samodanova said. She added, “The address he provided confirmed that our teenage daughter is living in a property owned by his girlfriend, rather than in a permanent home maintained by him.”
Savchenko’s Court Response
Savchenko recently sought emergency custody and alleged in court documents that Samodanova had abducted their children and taken them to Hong Kong. He said he intends to address the dispute through the courts rather than publicly, and said he was disappointed that his girlfriend and her personal life had been pulled into the case.
“My daughter’s safety, stability and well-being are my absolute priority. Olivia is safe, supported and surrounded by people who love and care for her. Most importantly, she is nearly 16 years old and has expressed her own wishes regarding where she wants to live,” Savchenko said. He also said, “I respect that there are ongoing legal proceedings, and I intend to address those matters through the appropriate legal channels rather than litigating our family situation publicly,” and, “I am disappointed to see unrelated personal matters and third parties brought into a deeply private situation involving our daughter. I will not respond by attacking Olivia’s mother or anyone else publicly.”
Los Angeles Stay, Hong Kong Fight
A judge stayed the Los Angeles custody matter, giving Savchenko a temporary procedural win while the broader fight keeps moving. Samodanova said she is pursuing international proceedings to have Olivia returned to Hong Kong, and ended her remarks with the line, “I will continue through every legal channel available to bring my daughter safely home.”
The practical takeaway is blunt: the dispute is no longer just between Savchenko and Samodanova. Trujillo’s property is now part of the record, Olivia’s location is part of the fight, and the next legal move will decide whether the current arrangement holds or gets challenged again.
