Igho Tiny Ubiribo died at 43 after a penis enhancement surgery in Thailand. Coroner Jean Harkin said the death was caused by a pulmonary embolism linked to the cosmetic procedure.
In March, Ubiribo traveled with Danielle Simba Allen and had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis. After the procedure, he went for a massage with her, then began experiencing chest pain and passed out twice.

On March 6, doctors at a local hospital determined he had suffered a pulmonary embolism and performed CPR for more than 100 minutes before he died. That sequence turns a procedure marketed as enhancement into a fatal medical emergency, and it is the medical response that now defines the case.
The scale of the injection also matters. Forty milliliters is not a cosmetic touch-up; it is a substantial volume for a genital procedure, and the reported side effects tied to this kind of treatment include loss of sensation, erectile dysfunction, infection, inflammation and scarring that can leave a bend or kink. Here, the complication went further and became lethal.
Danielle Simba Allen and the trip
Danielle Simba Allen was not a distant witness. She traveled with him to Thailand, and later wrote, “To My Husband You Went Above & Beyond Thank You For Such A Memorable Summer.” Ubiribo had also posted in 2024 that she had been his anchor through life’s highs and lows, which makes the loss feel more immediate than a celebrity headline usually does.
He had documented a luxury lifestyle online under the names Denisi and Ego, including trips to Paris, Cape Town and Bali, so the death lands against a public image built around travel and excess. A friend, Celebrity Bar Man, posted after the funeral in London in May, writing, “Rest Easy Brother @ego2222” and “Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept For You.
