Arkansas' Texas Longhorns schedule for 2027 now has a clear road highlight: the Razorbacks are set to visit Texas for a Southeastern Conference series from April 23-25.
The matchup is one of 10 SEC series on the 2027 Arkansas Baseball Schedule, giving Dave Van Horn's team a full conference slate in a season that will also include 56 regular-season games. The schedule release also shows Arkansas opening SEC play at Ole Miss from March 19-21 and finishing the regular season with a road trip to Missouri from May 20-22.
What else is on Arkansas' 2027 SEC slate?
Along with Texas and Ole Miss, Arkansas' SEC schedule includes Auburn, Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Mississippi State and LSU. The Razorbacks will play 10 conference series against 14 SEC teams overall, and the schedule release notes that Arkansas faced 14 teams that advanced to the 2026 NCAA Tournament and three teams from the last College World Series.
The full schedule also includes a season-opening series against Butler from Feb. 19-21 and the SEC Tournament from May 25-30 at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Ala. As with most spring schedules, all games are subject to change for television.
For Arkansas, the 2027 slate is another reminder of how demanding SEC baseball has become. The Razorbacks have posted nine consecutive 40-win campaigns, reached the College World Series six times in seven seasons and own 424 overall victories under Van Horn, so the bar remains high even before the first pitch is thrown.
