A judge dismissed Matt Kalil’s lawsuit over Haley Kalil’s public remarks about their marriage and his manhood size. The ruling ended his claims for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment after the November 2025 Twitch livestream that triggered the dispute.

Haley Kalil said after the dismissal, “I am so relieved this is over,” and added, “I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life.” She also said, “I think this ruling is important and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they’ve been through. Your story belongs to you and you shouldn’t fear sharing it.”

Matthew Bialick on the ruling

Matthew Bialick said, “The Court found that Haley was speaking about her body, her life, and her marriage.” He said she was discussing “the trauma she went through and what led to her divorce,” and argued that “those experiences are hers, and she has every right to talk about them.”

Matt Kalil sued for more than $75,000 and asked for a jury trial. He alleged that Haley Kalil financially benefited from the surge in traffic, including increased viewership, increased engagement, monetization through social media platforms, and media coverage.

Twitch remarks in November 2025

The lawsuit grew out of Haley Kalil’s appearance on a Twitch livestream in November 2025. She said she did not mention Matt Kalil’s name, but described him by saying, “He was like two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

Matt Kalil said the remarks brought unwanted attention and invasive commentary. He also said family members, including his current wife, Keilani Asmus, had to endure the public circulation of the statements.

Matt Kalil and Haley Kalil

Haley Kalil married Matt Kalil in Hawaii in 2015 and filed for divorce in 2022, citing irreconcilable difference. Matt Kalil married Keilani Asmus in April 2024, leaving the dismissal to close a dispute over remarks tied to a marriage that had already ended.

TMZ first reported the dismissal, and the case now stands as a completed court fight over whether Haley Kalil could publicly discuss her own marriage and the breakup that followed.
