Treylon Burks was active for the Washington Commanders' Week 2 game against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday afternoon, giving the team another available receiver after he was inactive last week.
The move was part of the Commanders' larger roster picture for the game, which also included injury-related absences and other status changes. Washington entered Sunday with Frankie Luvu and Chig Okonkwo ruled out after both were held out of practice earlier in the week and then officially declared unavailable on Friday.

For Washington, Burks' activation matters because it changes the available options at receiver for a Week 2 matchup against Dallas. It also comes after he spent last week inactive, so this was a straightforward sign that he was back in the mix for game day.
