The weather made the decision for everyone. With a rainy forecast hanging over Thursday, 's SportsCenter Live on Campus was moved inside to the University of Tulsa's Allen Chapman Student Union at 4 p.m.
That is the whole story, and in a case like this, it is the only story that matters. Public events can live or die by timing, and Thursday at 4 p.m. was now set to unfold indoors rather than in the open air. For anyone planning to attend, the message was simple: head to Allen Chapman Student Union, not the original outdoor setup.
There is nothing complicated about a weather-driven switch like this, but there is plenty of practical importance. 's SportsCenter Live on Campus still goes ahead, the time stays the same, and the location changes to fit the forecast. Sometimes the cleanest move is the smartest one, especially when rain threatens to make a public gathering far more awkward than it needs to be.
So if North Texas vs Tulsa has your attention, the key detail is straightforward: Thursday's 4 p.m. event is indoors at the University of Tulsa's Allen Chapman Student Union. The venue changed, not the appointment.
