Charleston Boulevard blocked near Main Street
Traffic cameras showed multiple emergency vehicles and first responders near the scene. Sections of the roadway were taped off near Charleston Boulevard and Main Street, and all lanes were blocked on westbound and eastbound Charleston Boulevard at Art Way to Grand Central.
The shooting happened while First Friday was taking place in the Arts District. That left a busy event area under police control at the same time drivers were being diverted away from a key corridor through Las Vegas.
