U2 2027 stadium tour dates are set for Mexico City, São Paulo and Buenos Aires on The Greatest Show On Earth World Tour. The rollout starts with six shows across the three Latin American cities, with the first date set for February 23, 2027 in Mexico City.

The U2.com Subscriber Presale begins on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 10am local time and ends on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 10pm local time. The Feedback Group gets access on Monday at 10am local time, and The Hype Group follows on Tuesday at 10am local time.

Mexico City opens the run

Two shows are scheduled in Mexico City, two in São Paulo and two in Buenos Aires, leaving the initial 2027 announcement tightly concentrated in Latin America. Beck will support the tour, giving the first ticket window a clearer commercial draw before any Europe or North America additions arrive.

U2 tied the tour to Carnaval De Luz, its forthcoming 16th studio album, and released The Greatest Show On Earth as the third single. The video for the track was directed by Anton Corbijn and shot in the Californian desert, a reminder that the album cycle is already being built out visually as well as onstage.

2019 still sets the benchmark

The tour marks U2's return to a stadium setting after The Joshua Tree Tour wrapped at Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium on December 15, 2019. That run reached almost 3 million fans around the world, so this new stadium swing is being launched with a history of scale already attached to it.

U2 also said additional 2027 dates for Europe and North America will be announced in the coming weeks, while plans for a return home to Ireland are in the works. For readers in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, the practical move is straightforward: the first sales window opens in October, but the full map of the tour is still being filled in.

“The Greatest Show on Earth”? Now that's a throwdown. It's a dare, to ourselves as much as anyone, to try and have the best night of anybody's life.A bit of showman, a bit of shaman, a riot of colour, unreasonable guitar, bass and drums, and tunes you can hold onto.Because if people are gonna show up, we certainly are.
