Brooke Hogan Reacts as $5.9 Million Clearwater Sale Closes

Brooke Hogan is back in the middle of her father’s Florida estate story after Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater home sold for $5.9 million. The deal closes a chapter on the property where he died in July 2025, and it lands after months of price cuts that pushed the asking price far below the original number.

Clearwater Beach Listing

Martha Thorn pitched the larger home as one of “Clearwater Beach's most coveted waterfront estates,” describing its “sugar-white sands” setting and the property’s five bedrooms, just over 5,000 square feet, and 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space. The house also includes a pool, a spa, teak, marble, and natural stone floors, a designer chef’s kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator.

The listing began on Jan. 30 at $10.98 million, then moved down to $8.99 million before falling again to $7.9 million in June and $6.9 million in September. That path tells the real story here: this was not a clean top-of-market sale, but a long negotiation that ended well below the initial ask.

Two Adjacent Homes

Hogan bought the larger home for $3.33 million in April 2012, then added the smaller adjacent property for $1.6 million four years later. The two homes were part of the same Florida compound, and both went on the market after his death at age 71 in July 2025.

The smaller dwelling sold for $2.8 million and had been described as a “dream coastal retreat” for one lucky buyer. A white picket fence separates that cottage from the publicly accessible area, and it backs right onto the beach.

Brooke Hogan and the Unanswered Buyer

Brooke Hogan’s name sits closest to the public reaction, but the market result is what now matters most: the estate moved both properties, yet the buyer was not identified. The bigger gap is whether one buyer took both homes or the compound was split, which leaves the final shape of the ownership story open.

For now, the sale price settles one dispute and leaves another hanging. The home tied to Terry Gene Bollea’s final months has changed hands for less than the original $10.98 million ask, and the rest is in the deed trail.
