Savannah Chrisley and Jason Galanis bought a $2.2 million Nashville home in February 2025, months before she said she was pregnant and engaged. The purchase puts the couple’s timeline in sharper focus, with the home now tied to the relationship Chrisley later described publicly on Unlocked.
The house was 5,207 square feet and built in 2023, with five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, two fireplaces, wood and marble flooring, walk-in closets, a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a patio, a balcony and a two-car garage. It was first reported by TMZ, and the original $2.9 million listing in June 2025 makes the February deal a roughly $700,000 gap from asking.
Oct. 27 and the mystery man
Chrisley announced on Oct. 27 that she was pregnant and engaged, posting photos of herself cradling her baby bump while sitting on her kitchen island and kissing Galanis. She also wrote, “we’re having a BABY!” The fiancé was identified later as 56-year-old Jason Galanis, while Chrisley is 29.
That sequence matters because the home purchase came first, not after the public reveal. Chrisley had already described the proposal as arriving five months into their relationship, and said Galanis told her the ring could be an engagement ring, a promise ring or a cocktail ring. She also said, “And there was no pressure ever put on me to, like, ‘You have to accept this as this.’”
Unlocked and the age gap
On Unlocked, Chrisley said, “Yes, there is a huge age gap there, OK? Ad that’s probably part of the reason why I kept a lot of it quiet, because I know how brutal the public can be. But I genuinely do not care.” She added, “I have always said, ‘I would rather [have] 20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone than 50 ‘meh’ years.'”
Galanis’s name also carries another layer for this household. He served time alongside Todd Chrisley before being pardoned by President Donald Trump in March 2025, the same month Trump pardoned Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley. That history sits behind a relationship that was already moving toward a family home before the pregnancy announcement became public.
Chrisley’s own line — “timing means nothing” — is the bluntest read on the situation. The real estate purchase, the engagement, and the pregnancy all now point to one story: the couple had already committed to the house before they chose to tell the world they were building a family in it.
