Soho Farmhouse staff were asked to sign NDAs tied to Prince Harry Meghan UK visits. The requirement applies at the UK club where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are regular visitors, including recent stops by Meghan Markle after her return to the UK.
A source said, “All Soho House staff have had to sign an NDA specifically for Harry and Meghan.” Another insider said the action was taken at Soho Farmhouse. The club already bars members and guests from identifying visitors and taking photos, but the new NDA adds a separate confidentiality layer for staff.
Soho Farmhouse and the couple
Soho Farmhouse has become a home away from home for the Sussexes. The Cotswolds outpost is close to where they have set up home after moving back to England, and Page Six reported they are living nearby on a property on the estate belonging to Ian Wace. Meghan Markle was spotted at Soho Farmhouse just days after her UK return and met a fellow mom there for coffee.
She has also become a regular attendee of reformer Pilates and wellness classes inside the club’s Wellness Barn. That routine gives the NDA report a concrete setting: a private club that already manages visitors carefully is now treating staff access to Harry and Meghan as information that needs added protection.
Harry and Markle ties
The couple’s links to Soho House go back years. Harry and Markle would meet at the Toronto club while they were secretly dating when she was filming Suits, and Markus Anderson helped arrange intimate dates for them at various outposts. He also helped arrange Meghan Markle’s spa-themed bachelorette party in early March 2018 at Soho Farmhouse.
Markus Anderson was pictured with Meghan Markle last month by Kelly McKee Zajfen during her visit to England. Those ties help explain why Soho Farmhouse is a familiar setting, but they do not answer why the staff requirement was added now.
NDAs for Harry and Meghan
Another source said it was not Harry and Markle who had insisted on the NDAs, despite staff being asked to sign them. Harry said in GQ that the couple had been thinking about the move for the past few years and made the final decision only a few weeks before packing up their Montecito, California home.
He said, “It’s been nice to be close to friends, family, friends and friends and their children as well, to be able to have endless playdates to really, like, help our kids settle in.” He also said, “For us, when certain stars align, and it’s clear that this should or probably will end up being the case, then we lean into that.”
For staff at Soho Farmhouse, the practical change is narrow but real: the club’s standard privacy rules are now joined by a direct NDA tied to Harry and Markle’s visits. What the agreement covers in detail is the open question left on the table.
