According to investigators, an elderly woman was driving a Toyota pickup truck south on Bulls Bay Highway. Simultaneously, a motorcyclist was riding eastbound on Ocala Avenue. The motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the Toyota, resulting in the rider being thrown from the vehicle.
