Kyle Hamilton Returns as Lamar Jackson Remains Absent from Ravens Practice

The Baltimore Ravens are currently facing significant absences as several key players miss practice. Among them is star quarterback Lamar Jackson, who has yet to participate this week. His absence has drawn attention as the Ravens prepare for upcoming challenges.

Key Players Missing from Ravens Practice

Adding to the challenges, the Ravens have four other Pro Bowl players sidelined. The following individuals are not participating in practice sessions:

  • Linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring)
  • Cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf)
  • Fullback Patrick Ricard (calf)
  • Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring)

New Acquisitions to the Ravens’ Roster

In response to the injuries, the Ravens made strategic moves to strengthen their squad. This past Tuesday, the team acquired two safeties:

  • Alohi Gilman, obtained via trade from the Los Angeles Chargers
  • C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who was signed to the practice squad

Both Gilman and Gardner-Johnson were present on Wednesday’s practice field. Gilman was spotted wearing jersey number 12, while Gardner-Johnson donned number 6.

With these roster changes and key players missing, the Ravens will need to adapt quickly as they move forward this season.
