The apartment, which Dreyer and her ex-husband Brian Fichera purchased in 2016 for $2.35 million, spans 1,491 square feet and features two bedrooms and bathrooms. Notably, the residence boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase views of Battery Park.

She lives near Hoda Kotb, a former TODAY co-star, who shared in her newsletter how their children often play together.
