Enrollment Process
Enrollment is straightforward. California residents can apply in-store at Total Wireless locations or online by utilizing scannable QR codes. Automatic qualification for LifeLine benefits applies to individuals enrolled in:
- CalFresh
- Medi-Cal
- Veterans Pension
- Survivors Benefit
- Other government assistance programs
Both new and existing customers are welcome to apply. However, LifeLine assistance cannot be transferred between households, and only one benefit is permitted per household.
