Superhero Team-Based PVP Shooter Launches
El-Balad is excited to announce an upcoming patch for the popular superhero team-based PvP shooter, Marvel Rivals. This patch will be available on October 23, 2025, at 09:00 UTC, without any server downtime. Players can log in after the update to experience new features and improvements.
New Features in the October Update
All-New PvE Mode: Marvel Zombies
A thrilling new PvE mode named Marvel Zombies launches with the patch. Players can tackle a zombie apocalypse in the Marvel universe. This mode will be available from October 23, 2025, to November 14, 2025. However, it will not be supported on the PS4 due to performance limitations.
Exciting New Event: Voyage to Astonish
The Voyage to Astonish event invites players to complete voyage missions for the chance to earn the Blade Knight costume for free. This event also features exclusive rewards, including the Peni Parker – Floral Frights Costume. It runs from October 23, 2025, to November 14, 2025.
New In-Store Items
- Jeff the Land Shark – Jeff O’Lantern Bundle
- Namor – Phantom Tide Bundle
- Jeff O’Lantern Ultimate Ability VFX
These items will be available from October 24, 2025, to November 21, 2025.
Free Emote Available
All players can claim the Pumpkin Curse Emote for their heroes from October 24, 2025, until November 1, 2025.
Twitch Drops for the Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals
During the Grand Finals, players can take advantage of special Twitch Drops. By watching the event, they can earn rewards, including a Loki tournament commemorative costume and various emotes and nameplates. Drops will begin on October 27, 2025, at 16:00 UTC.
Fixes and Improvements
The patch also includes a variety of fixes across all platforms. Key improvements involve:
- Hulk: Fixed a glitch with Radioactive Lockdown.
- Captain America: Resolved issues with the Fearless Leap ability.
- Blade: Attack speed bonus now functions correctly.
- Scarlet Witch: Fixed movement issues after using her Ultimate Ability.
- Adam Warlock: Resolved teleportation issues during Ultimate Ability usage.
- Daredevil: Improved performance when using dual abilities.
Additionally, a console-specific fix prevents players from exiting matches unexpectedly when accessing the “Avoid as Teammate” list.
