Riley Green and Ella Langley Achieve Second Top 10 on Country Airplay Chart

Riley Green and Ella Langley have made a significant impact on the Country Airplay chart, achieving their second top 10 entry. Their collaboration “Don’t Mind If I Do” has climbed from the 12th position to 10th, with a notable 20% increase in audience reach, totaling 17.8 million listeners from October 24 to 30, according to Luminate data. This marks Green’s seventh appearance in the top 10 and Langley’s third, with both previously collaborating on Langley’s track “You Look Like You Love Me,” which led the chart for one week last December.

Two Country Artists Make History

The partnership between Green and Langley is particularly impressive as they become the first duo of solo artists to achieve multiple shared top 10 hits in five years. Previously, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani completed this feat in 2020 with two number ones: “Nobody But You” and “Happy Anywhere.”

Langley’s Rising Solo Career

In addition to her collaboration with Green, Langley is also seeing success with her solo entry “Choosin’ Texas,” which has surged from 59th to 41st position, marking a remarkable increase of 203% in audience reach, totaling 2.5 million.

Megan Moroney’s Continued Ascent

Megan Moroney, another rising star, has recently released her ballad “Beautiful Things.” This track debuted at No. 37 on the Country Airplay chart, amassing 3.7 million listeners. This entry represents Moroney’s highest chart debut as a solo artist. Previously, she started at No. 23 with “You Had to Be There,” featuring Kenny Chesney.

Her current single “6 Months Later” has also gained traction, moving from the 14th to the 12th spot, reaching 15.9 million listeners with a 20% increase.

Shaboozey’s Remarkable Journey

Shaboozey recently exited the Country Airplay chart with his hit “Good News,” following an impactful two-week stay at No. 1 in September. He has recorded a total of 49 weeks in the top 10, which is the fourth-most of any artist since the release of his breakout hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy).” This track holds the record for the most weeks in the top 10, with 33 weeks, including seven at No. 1.

Shaboozey’s latest single, “Amen,” featuring Jelly Roll, has also shown upward momentum, climbing from 37th to 29th on the chart, reaching 5.3 million listeners with a 55% increase.

Overall, these artists highlight the vibrant and evolving landscape of country music, showcasing new collaborations and the rise of solo careers.
