PFF Reveals Team of the Week and Player Awards
                                PFF has announced its Team of the Week and Player Awards, recognizing exceptional performances in the latest games. This week, standout players from both offensive and defensive positions have been highlighted.
Offensive Player of the Week
Chicago Bears’ offensive tackle Darnell Wright has been named the Offensive Player of the Week. Wright delivered an impressive performance against the Cincinnati Bengals, allowing just one hurry on 47 pass-blocking attempts. He achieved a PFF pass-blocking grade of 79.9 and led all players with a remarkable run-blocking grade of 95.5.
Defensive Player of the Week
Talanoa Hufanga of the Denver Broncos has earned the title of Defensive Player of the Week. His key contributions helped secure a victory over the Houston Texans. Hufanga recorded PFF grades above 80.0 in coverage and run defense, which included four tackles that resulted in defensive stops and two pass breakups.
Rookie of the Week
Malaki Starks, safety for the Baltimore Ravens, has been named Rookie of the Week following his standout performance against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football. Starks not only recorded his first career interception but also made three tackles resulting in defensive stops. He allowed just one reception for five yards into his coverage and earned an impressive PFF grade of 91.2.
Offensive Line of the Week
The Chicago Bears’ offensive line has been recognized as the Offensive Line of the Week. In their game against the Bengals, four of the five starters achieved PFF pass-blocking grades of 79.9 or higher. Collectively, they allowed only eight total pressures, with the majority attributed to tight end Cole Kmet and left tackle Theo Benedet. They also played a crucial role in a dominant rushing attack, achieving an average of 2.6 yards before contact per carry on designed runs and a total of 283 rushing yards.
