Dinwiddie, hailing from Elk Grove, California, previously coached the Toronto Argonauts from 2021 to 2025. During his five-season tenure, he achieved a remarkable 51-35 record. His leadership led the Argonauts to two Grey Cup victories in 2022 and 2024, along with four consecutive Eastern Final appearances. Notably, he guided the team to a franchise-record 16-win season in 2023 and was honored as the CFL’s Coach of the Year in the same year.
