Celebrity Apprentice Unveils Christmas Specials Line-Up

This festive season, The Celebrity Apprentice is bringing two exciting Christmas specials to the audience, supporting BBC Children in Need. A talented lineup of celebrities has gathered to compete in this unique challenge. Participants include AJ Odudu, Angela Scanlon, Charlie Hedges, Eddie Kadi, Jake Wood, JB Gill, Kadeena Cox, Matt Morsia, Rob Rinder, Sarah Hadland, Shazia Mirza, and Tom Skinner.

Details of the Celebrity Christmas Specials

The two-part Christmas special sees the celebrity contestants heading to Lapland, the legendary home of Santa Claus. Their main task is to create and market their own gingerbread biscuits. Each team will face challenges, including designing an advertisement and composing a jingle for their biscuits.

Team Biscuit Creations

  • Team One: AJ Odudu, Charlie Hedges, Eddie Kadi, Jake Wood, Kadeena Cox, and Rob Rinder created “Jolly McTrouble.” This biscuit blends butter toffee and Christmas pudding flavors, topped with festive icing. Their tagline, “Be Naughty, Get Nice,” portrays Santa’s mischievous brother.
  • Team Two: Angela Scanlon, JB Gill, Matt Morsia, Sarah Hadland, Shazia Mirza, and Tom Skinner designed “Gary the Penguin.” This gingerbread biscuit pairs lemon, bubblegum, and white pepper flavors, accompanied by the tagline “A Cheeky Treat for Your Little Rebel.”

Retail Availability and Community Impact

Starting November 14, the biscuits will be available across various retailers, including Asda, Tesco, Boots, and Amazon. Each purchase supports children and young people in the UK, reinforcing the show’s commitment to philanthropy.

The celebrity candidates will not only face the pressures of competition but will also receive candid feedback from children at the Chickenshed Theatre Trust, a project funded by BBC Children in Need. This initiative focuses on providing opportunities for disabled children and those requiring additional support.
