This maneuver is designed to abruptly stop a fleeing vehicle by forcing it to turn 180 degrees but can be dangerous when mishandled.
Sampson continued to evade police until he lost control, ultimately crashing into Bradley’s, a well-known LGBTQ bar located in the Ybor neighborhood. Surveillance footage captured the harrowing moment of impact, amplifying concerns regarding police pursuit protocols.

Three victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while a fourth succumbed to injuries at the hospital. Among the 13 injured, two individuals were reported to be in critical condition.
