The New Jersey coroner has confirmed the cause of death for Ace Frehley, the iconic guitarist and founding member of Kiss. According to a report by the Morris County medical examiner, Frehley died from “blunt trauma injuries” to his head sustained during a fall. His passing, ruled an accident, included serious injuries like a brain bleed and skull fractures.
