In collaboration with Propstore, Van Der Beek will auction various props and wardrobe pieces. The auction is scheduled to take place during the Winter Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction from December 5 to 7.

- Prom Necklace: The necklace given to Joey, estimated to fetch between $26,400 and $52,800.
- Varsity Blues Hat and Cleats: Accessories worn by his character in the film.
Van Der Beek expressed the sentimental value of these items, stating he had been storing them for years. He felt compelled to auction them now due to his life circumstances and to share them with fans who have supported his career.

Van Der Beek disclosed his cancer diagnosis in November during an interview. He has stated that he is managing the situation with the help of his family and remains optimistic about his health.
