Kayla Nicole Issues Apology for Past Tweets

Kayla Nicole, a social media influencer and former partner of NFL star Travis Kelce, has publicly apologized for offensive tweets resurfaced from 2010 to 2014. The controversy arose when a fan account on Twitter highlighted her past remarks, which included derogatory language against various ethnic groups and homophobic slurs.

Apology and Acknowledgment

On Thursday, following the backlash and the deletion of her X (formerly Twitter) account, Nicole took to Instagram to express her regret. She stated, “I take full responsibility for what I posted, and I’m truly sorry to anyone I may have hurt.” Her heartfelt apology aimed to address the hurt caused by her past statements.

In her Instagram story, she elaborated, acknowledging the difficulty in seeing her old tweets. She said, “They were ignorant, hurtful, and completely wrong.” Nicole emphasized that her views have evolved significantly since that time, asserting, “The woman I am today would never use those words or express those kinds of views.”

Line-Up of Offensive Tweets

Nicole’s previous posts included a variety of derogatory comments, such as:
