Netflix has officially announced the series adaptation of “The Boys From Brazil,” featuring Jeremy Strong in the lead role. This adaptation is based on the renowned novel by Ira Levin. The streaming giant has ordered five one-hour episodes for the series. Filming is set to commence in December, with locations including the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, and Spain.
Plot Overview
The series is scheduled to unfold over three decades, beginning in the aftermath of World War II and extending into the politically charged 1970s. The story centers around Yakov Liebermann, played by Strong, a Holocaust survivor and tireless Nazi hunter. His quest for justice against Nazi war criminals has come at a great personal cost.

Creative Team
Peter Morgan, acclaimed for his work on “The Crown,” is behind the adaptation and serves as an executive producer. Alex Gabassi is set to direct the series, while Oona O’Beirn and Andy Stebbing are onboard as producers.
