The first significant update for Arc Raiders has introduced new features and an exciting event. Players can explore a brand new map and encounter additional ARC enemies. This update also adds a variety of items, such as weapons and grenades.
Breaking New Ground Event Overview
The new event, titled Breaking New Ground, encourages community collaboration. The first part focused on unlocking the Stella Montis map. The current phase, known as Staking Our Claim, presents players with a mini-battle pass. This allows them to earn numerous rewards through gameplay.
How to Earn Rewards
To collect rewards in the Staking Our Claim event, players must earn experience points (XP) during matches. For every 100 XP gained, players receive 1 Merit. In total, you need 3,600 Merits to unlock all event rewards.
- Participation in raids helps you accumulate XP quickly.
- Looting and defeating enemies enhances your XP earnings.
- Those who contributed resources in the first phase start with up to 900 Merits.
This head start can significantly lessen the time needed to unlock rewards. Additionally, prizes are granted automatically for every 150 Merits, ensuring regular progression throughout the event.
