Wyoming County Crash Victim Dies After Refusing Treatment, Police Report

According to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene around 6:50 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Alfred Rex outside his overturned vehicle.
Rex reported that a deer unexpectedly entered the roadway while he was driving eastbound. To avoid the animal, he swerved, causing his car to leave the road and flip multiple times.
Medical Response
First responders evaluated Rex at the scene. Despite their efforts, he refused any further medical treatment. However, early the next morning, he called 911 complaining of severe symptoms.
