- Enhanced environmental credentials with bi-mode train technology.
The pop-up’s design focuses on raising awareness about the new fleet. It showcases improved comfort, convenience, and connectivity through various interactive zones. Visitors can engage with hands-on displays and explore larger luggage spaces.

Jenna Cowie, Head of Marketing and Revenue at EMR, expressed enthusiasm about the new trains. She noted, “The new Transport UK and EMR trains completely transform our service, and these pods offer a fun, interactive way to highlight the improvements.”
Cowie encourages travelers passing through Nottingham to visit the pop-up and experience the enhancements for themselves. The Aurora train pop-up will also travel to Sheffield next year, broadening its reach and impact.
