The Athabasca RCMP responded to the single-vehicle accident that involved the Athabasca Rivermen Junior A Hockey Club. The team, consisting of players aged 15 to 19, was on its way to a game in Crowsnest Pass, situated around 165 kilometers south of Calgary.
Injuries Reported
Authorities reported that several individuals sustained injuries in the crash. Two teenagers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Fortunately, no fatalities occurred.
