The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) held its Annual General Assemblies (GA) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This notable event was organized by the National Automobile and Motorcycle Federation of Uzbekistan (NAFKU). During the assembly, the current Presidential List, led by Mohammed Ben Sulayem, was re-elected for another four-year term.

The 2026 Extraordinary General Assemblies are scheduled for June 26, in Macau, facilitated by the Automobile General Association Macau-China (AAMC). Furthermore, the 2027 General Assemblies will occur in Doha, Qatar, hosted by the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF).
