Georgia Bulldogs Freshmen Arrested for Shoplifting
Two freshmen players from the Georgia Bulldogs football team were recently arrested for shoplifting. Offensive lineman Dontrell Glover and running back Bo Walker were taken into custody on December 12, 2025.
Details of the Arrest
According to online records, both athletes were arrested in Athens, Georgia, charged with theft by shoplifting, a misdemeanor. They were booked into Clarke County jail late Friday afternoon and later released after posting bond.
Official Statement
Georgia Bulldogs spokesman Steve Drummond confirmed the arrests. Drummond stated, “We were informed of the charges and are currently in the process of gathering additional information.” He added that further comments would not be made as this is a pending legal matter.
