Police Report: Man Seen “Dragging Dead Body” from Twin Cities Apartment
Officers from the Richfield Police Department are investigating a tragic incident involving a woman’s death. This follows alarming reports from neighbors about a man seen “dragging a dead body” from an apartment early on Saturday morning.
Incident Details
The event took place at the Fountainhead Apartments, located just east of Best Buy’s corporate headquarters on West 76th Street and Knox Avenue South. Police received multiple calls regarding the situation shortly after 3 a.m.
Pursuit and Arrest
Witnesses reported seeing the suspect loading the body into a vehicle. In response, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop. This led to a pursuit that ended approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the apartment complex.

Victim Identified
