It collided with a blue Ford Mustang and a tan Honda Civic, which were traveling southbound on Woodman Avenue.

LAPD investigators noted that the minivan’s driver was reportedly fleeing from an earlier, unrelated collision. After the crash, the driver of the Honda Civic exited the vehicle and fled the scene without providing assistance or identifying themselves, which is a legal requirement.
