Nebraska junior setter Bergen Reilly has been recognized as a finalist for the prestigious AVCA Division I Women’s Volleyball Player of the Year Award. She is one of four notable contenders, alongside Olivia Babcock from Pittsburgh, Mimi Colyer from Wisconsin, and Eva Hudson of Kentucky. The winner will be announced on December 19 at the AVCA Awards Banquet in Kansas City.

Bergen Reilly’s Season Highlights

This season, Reilly played a pivotal role in leading the Huskers to a remarkable 33-1 overall record. They proudly finished with a perfect 20-0 record in Big Ten play, securing their third consecutive conference title. Under her direction, Nebraska achieved a school-record .351 hitting percentage.
