Incident Details

According to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, officers were alerted in the 8400 block of Sunset Boulevard. The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, reported that his newer model BMW was stolen. He managed to track the vehicle’s location, leading officers to the scene.

Suspects Involved

Samson Nacua, aged 27, is accused of stealing the BMW. The vehicle was reportedly taken from a location on Wilshire Boulevard. Another suspect, 27-year-old Trey Rose, was identified as the driver who transported the stolen BMW to West Hollywood.

Charges and Investigation

Both suspects were arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. They were released on the same day of their arrest. The Sheriff’s Department has classified the case as “active and ongoing.”
