Kansas City Chiefs New Stadium Details
The project is split into two key components:
- A $3 billion stadium located in Wyandotte County, set to open for the 2031 NFL season.
- A new training facility and headquarters for the Chiefs in Olathe, Johnson County.
Both locations will incorporate mixed-use developments that may feature sports, entertainment, dining, shopping, office space, hotels, and residential units.

Additionally, this partnership utilizes the Attracting Professional Sports to Kansas Fund, which is designed to enhance the state’s appeal for professional sports teams through revenue from iLottery and sports betting.
