At approximately 9:30 p.m., a driver traveling southbound on I-95, near Shipley Road, heard a loud noise. Due to adverse weather conditions, the driver did not immediately notice any damage to their vehicle.
Upon reaching their destination, the driver discovered that their vehicle had been struck by gunfire. They promptly contacted law enforcement to report the damage.
Investigation Status
