On December 31, Alex took to Instagram to celebrate a significant milestone: the 10th anniversary of her marriage to Charlie. The couple tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Cardiff Castle.

This includes their recent move from London to the countryside and fun family outings with children Teddy, Kit, and Annie. She has also opened up about her husband Charlie’s health struggles, revealing that he faced significant challenges in 2023 due to Lyme Disease and viral meningitis.
During a podcast discussion on Gabby Logan’s The MidPoint, Alex expressed relief that Charlie is currently doing much better. She emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for their children’s sake, stating, “I feel, for them, I need to do the best to preserve myself.”

With a renewed focus on health and family, Alex and Charlie are committed to following a balanced diet. Alex remarked on the positive impact this has had on Charlie’s recovery, noting, “He’s in a way better place now to where we were a year ago.”
