David Lee Roth is set to kick off his much-anticipated 2026 tour after a five-year break from the stage. The former Van Halen frontman announced this solo North American tour, featuring 30 shows in prominent U.S. cities.

The tour will begin on April 16, 2026, in Airway Heights, Washington, and will conclude on August 7, 2026, in Sturgis, South Dakota. Roth’s performance at the House of Blues in Boston is scheduled for May 24. Fans can expect a mix of classic Van Halen hits and solo favorites.

Roth’s Return to the Stage
Roth ended his five-year hiatus with a performance at the M3 Rock Festival on May 3, 2025, where he delivered a set of iconic Van Halen songs. His last full show prior to this tour was as the opening act for KISS on March 10, 2020.
A Glimpse into Roth’s Legacy
David Lee Roth led Van Halen from 1974 to 1985 and had two subsequent stints with the band. He remains recognized for his substantial contributions to rock music and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with Van Halen in 2007. Apart from his band work, Roth also enjoyed a successful solo career, achieving multiple gold and platinum albums alongside several top 20 hits.
