On the afternoon of the shooting, a couple was approached by federal agents in the parking lot of a medical office located at 10201 S.E. Main St. Witnesses reported hearing five gunshots during the altercation.

  • A witness named Steve heard the shots after agents confronted a Toyota truck.
  • The driver appeared fearful and began to rear back into another car before speeding off.
