In addition to the League Two matches, Salford City’s FA Cup match against Swindon Town was also affected. Despite the application of heat lamps and protective sheets at Peninsula Stadium, the game will now be held on Tuesday, January 20, at 19:45 GMT.

The postponement of these matches means that the League Two meeting between Salford City and Grimsby Town will need to be rearranged as well.
