State Police Arrest Felton Man for Fifth DUI Offense in Delaware

The traffic stop occurred around 2:00 p.m. on Henry Cowgill Road, Camden-Wyoming. A state trooper noticed Moore’s GMC Sierra weaving between lanes. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had an unregistered license plate.
