According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, Beal was last seen by his girlfriend. On the day of his disappearance, he dropped her off at a family member’s residence. Following their conversation, he mentioned he was heading to work but diverted to Virginia Beach instead.
During their last phone call, Beal informed his girlfriend he was in Virginia Beach and intended to return home. However, he never arrived. Ultimately, his girlfriend’s vehicle was found in Virginia Beach, containing his shoes, socks, and some sand on the floor. His wallet, banking card, and a pair of slides were all that he took with him.
