Battery Compartments Acquisition

The Defense Logistics Agency awarded R&M Government Services from Las Cruces, New Mexico, a contract totaling $23,894,784 for battery compartments. This is a sole-source acquisition justified under 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) as per the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
